		<description>In the Hitchhiker&#039;s Guide there is a chap cursed with rain wherever he goes. It turns out he&#039;s a rain god, which I think is a pretty funny joke.

What I don&#039;t think is a funny joke is that all the time I lived in Minnesota we had unendurably dry, hot Julys and Augusts. Now that I leave, it turns cool and wet. 

And not too long ago somebody told me Bogota used to be colder and rainier than it is nowadays. I can&#039;t escape! Even when I go to Ireland it remains dry.</description>
